LAW CLERKS

The men and women who have served as law clerks over the years have been a significant part of the history of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

The Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society and Appellate Practice Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association co-sponsored the biennial law clerks' reunion on May 21, 2010.  This wonderful event at the Town and Country Club also featured a presentation by Professor Adam Samaha from the University of Chicago Law School.  Professor Samaha clerked for Justice A.M. Sandy Keith of the Minnesota Supreme Court and Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court.  Pictured is Justice Paul Anderson, Professor Adam Samaha and Justice Esther Tomljanovich.

The Society has also published a Minnesota Supreme Court Law Clerk Directory. The Directory is in .pdf format and can be downloaded below.
